| Have you guys ever asked yourselves why do turbos cost so much? Are they made out of some rare alloy? After taking them apart I have to admit that I can't see how a pair of "glorious" HKS 25/30's can be worth so much. And if you are unlucky and get a set that has to be rebuilt with fairly little run time on them only to pay in excess of $600 each to get them repaired. How is that worth all your hard earned money? I love Nissan, the Z, 240sx and import performance engines (since I met my girlfriend she traded in her Olds for a Sentra and now has a Murano). But it seems we are getting ripped off just to get equal performance and fewer mpg to a GM LS1. Finally I would like to know how well manual boost controllers work on the TTZ32. One of my factory boost solenoids has a broken port on it so I need a quick fix untill I can decide which electronic boost controller to go with.
